We ship all orders with an experienced door-to-door courier to ensure your package is delivered safely and signed for on delivery. This assists us with careful handling and also fraud prevention. Please note, delivery can only be made to physical street addresses, this means no PO boxes.

All ‘in-stock’ products will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from when your order is placed. Please allow for some delays if ordering over public holiday periods.

Please note that during busy periods our products may be marked as out of stock in which case they are advertised as a pre-order and all purchases are back ordered.

Unfortunately no, as all orders must be delivered by the registered courier to prove safe ‘Proof of Delivery’. Paypal payments must be delivered at the provided address.

Unfortunately, due to the size of our packages and the weight of Kimber Doll, postal services cannot handle our freight. All deliveries are made with registered couriers which offer a tracked service for all of our customers. 

Yes, your purchase confirmation and order receipt is automatically emailed to the email address you enter during your purchase.

While we can't guarantee exact delivery dates, we can advise that transit time for orders shipped within Canada as below.  Please use this as a guide to assist as to when you wish to place and then receive your order. 

Yes, given the value of our products, a signature must be received by the courier for all deliveries. 

If the courier attempts delivery and you're not at home or able to sign for the delivery, the driver will leave a card in your mailbox with instructions to organise for 1 x free redelivery on a date that suits you best.

Due to the nature of our products and the health-related risks with returns, we are unable to offer returns. This ensures each customer is guaranteed peace of mind that they are not receiving a refurbished unit. If companies offer free or limited returns, where do those dolls end up?

Kimber Doll (full-size) wears a size XS in most lingerie outfits and has a DD size bra. Slightly smaller bra sizes can often fit better and look better also.

We recommend washing any new outfits before trying them on Kimber to make sure no colour transfer is possible.

We recommend the use of a high-quality water-based lubricant and to be liberal with usage. 

Yes! You can do this with two methods. The first is by heating each of Kimber’s entrances with the provided USB heater which adds a great level of realism and enjoyment.

Yes, Kimber’s head is removable. The connection used is a standard M16 male and female thread that twists on and off. 

Generally speaking, we do not recommend any application of makeup or perfume directly onto Kimber’s skin. You can however spray your perfume of choice onto Kimber’s hair or clothing.
